The course offered by Udemy may be quite good and provide a lot of information. However, it is not authored by a particularly well recognized Law of Attraction expert.
This is not necessarily a bad thing. For anyone on a tight budget, it can mean the difference between getting at least some kind of certified course material and a valid qualification and not, if taking a course authored by a recognized expert in the field is the goal.
I look at this issue in this way:
When I was looking for a way to go deeper into the Law than what I had learned from Rhonda Byrne's "The Secret" the obvious choice of direction was to follow the teachings of one of the presenters in that book (and movie) that resonated with me the most. In my case, the two presenters that I connected with the most strongly were Bob Proctor and Dr Joe Vitale.
Naturally, I went looking for more material created by those two authors. I found quite a lot of it.
To my great surprise and excitement, I found that Dr Joe Vitale created a Law of Attraction practitioner certification course in conjunction with NLP expert Dr Steve G. Jones and published it on the Global Sciences Foundation website. The downside was the cost, which is several hundreds of dollars ($675 to be exact) for the basic course.
There are more advanced courses available (an Advanced course and a Masters course) each with their own high price tag.
While expensive, these courses have a high level of credibility factor thanks to the expertise of the authors, something lesser courses such as that offered by Udemy do not have.
Why I Prefer the Law of Attraction Certification Course by Dr Joe Vitale
Having already completed this course, I can fully recommend it to others simply because it takes the already thoroughly explained introductory information from The Secret and advances it with more thorough details as well as a solid tutorial on creating your own business as a certified teacher of the Law of Attraction.
The real beauty of this course is that while it is offered at the full price on the Global Sciences Foundation website, it can be obtained at a huge discount via special links provided to partners (such as myself). More about that later.
Other Alternatives to Udemy's LoA Course
Of course, the program created by Dr Joe Vitale is not the only LoA certification course out there. To my mind, it may be one of the best there is, but there are others if you want to go and compare them.

If you are interested, by all means google them and go take a look for yourself. There are more, but these stood out more prominently than others to me.
Free Alternative Law of Attraction Learning Resources
There is also a very good free resource for learning about the Law on Youtube. This is where many well-known and respected authors and public speakers have added their voice and their insights into how to get the Law working in your life and how to get the most from it.
There are some really interesting videos about that offer a lot of useful peripheral information, from high level experts such as Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Dr Joe Dispenza and Eckhart Tolle to list but a few. There are also many lecture uploads from presenters from The Secret such as Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, John Assaraf, John Demartini, Esther Hicks and more.
The only downside to this is there is no certificate or professional training accolade with the free video uploads, but as a means of learning more about the concept they are highly useful.
Conclusion
While there are many highly regarded certification courses available to purchase online from a number of different authors, my top personal recommendation goes to the course created by Dr Joe Vitale and Dr Steve G Jones. I've done the course and found it very illuminating.
