Employment Law

This section of the website is concerned with employment law and its many different aspects and several articles covering them. This page is merely an introduction to the subject, although it will have some helpful information that may be of use to somebody.

There are set Federal (human) laws governing employment in all its forms in this country with additional State laws relating to individual states. These may be referenced in any library or online at the relevant federal or state government website, which are easily located by searching in one of the major search engines such as Google, Bing or Yahoo.

Which Laws Do You Want to Learn About?

In addition to the laws of the land that we must all follow, there are also laws of nature. These are not so well defined in black and white but may be harnessed for the good of the individual when he or she knows how to use them.

These non-human laws are very real and may be as definable and immutable as any law a human mind can conceive. However, most do not consider natural laws as anything they should concern themselves with, with the "real" laws of the land taking precedence.

One thing a visitor to this website may have noticed is that in its recent format, the subject matter has moved somewhat away from human laws toward natural laws that govern nature and everything that is encapsulated within its bounds. To ignore these laws is folly, yet it is without doubt that greater than 95 in every hundred people live their lives in complete ignorance of them.

What is the best way to move forward when in possession of this knowledge?

Do you try to educate the 95% that are in ignorance, or simply provide the information and let those that are interested come to you to learn what you have to teach?

It's a conundrum worthy of the best minds in existence. At this point in time, all we can do is provide the information, teach what we know and hope that more than a mere 5% of the population has the wherewithal to pick it up and run with it.

From setting up as your own boss as, for example a "certified Law of Attraction practitioner" to going for a local job interview, being informed about the laws governing employment can only help you avoid the pitfalls that can crop up when you least expect them to. Great ideas come from informed thinking and positive results come from positive action.
